Your virtual CDs play when inserted in any one of up to 23 virtual drives that you configure in the program vdtask.exe and appear as drive letters in Windows Explorer.

The application vdtask.exe includes CD/DVD Support for CDROM, CD Extra, video CD, audio CD, photo CD, CD Text, mixed-mode CD, DVD-ROM, multi-session CD and unprotected DVD video. It provides Copy Protection Support for SafeDisc, SecuROM, StarForce, LaserLock and many more. The user interface of the program vdtask.exe is fully integrated with Windows Explorer and Windows Device Manager that leys you insert, eject, and browse an image in a familiar environment.

The vdtask.exe program sorts your virtual CDs in your VCD library and places them in customized categories or cabinets. Using a high performance compression engine, it builds VCDs that are automatically decompressed when you access them.
