The process file tbc.exe is an executable file that is related to the application Title bar clock (TBC) version 1.4 which displays the Date and time and Free Physical Memory Space on the right side of the Title Bar in any active window that has the mouse or keyboard focus. It displays the time in either 12 or 24 hour (military) format and the user can optionally hide any or all of the clock outputs. The Title Bar Clock application, which houses the process file tbc.exe, also places a clock icon in the System Tray when you start the program. The user has to right click on the tray icon to change the TBC system default settings. This version of the application includes a fix to the 24 hour time display and a few other internal tweaks to improve performance.
