It displays the time in either 12 or 24 hour (military) format and the user can optionally hide any or all of the clock outputs. The Title Bar Clock application, which houses the process file tbc.exe, also places a clock icon in the System Tray when you start the program. The user has to right click on the tray icon to change the TBC system default settings. This version of the application includes a fix to the 24 hour time display and a few other internal tweaks to improve performance.
