Windows Process Description:

The statbar.exe process is a very useful tool that allows the user to quickly get an overview of his or her computer system's condition. The STATBAR.EXE process displays a toolbar on the desktop, and this toolbar contains volume control, Winamp controls, and time synchronization among other features. The STATBAR.EXE process allows you to monitor and have monitoring control over the system functions such as memory, CPU usage, hard disk usage, network throughput, system uptime, and Internet time synchronization among others. A newer STATBAR.EXE process version is being developed at present, and this new version will come bundled with more features such as a module for the date and time, a multi-monitor support, RSS news feed support, online weather update module, a meter for hard disk activity, a CD player, a display for CPU speed, and many more features.
