The pdservice.exe file is a part of the Private Disk Service program by the Ultimaco Safeware AG. The pdservice.exe process is also a part of the software Rescue and Recovery-Client or SafeGuard PrivateDisk or Client Security Solution, all programs by Ultimaco Safeware AG.

The pdservice.exe process is not essential to the system. The user needs to manually download and install the pdservice.exe file for it to be found in the system.
