The PDF-XChange Pro program is available from the Tracker Software website; a license for a single user costs $69.50. The program was created by the company Tracker Software Products Ltd. Aside from the PDF-XChange; the program also has other PDF creation and Manipulation products such as the free PDF-XChange Viewer and the PDF-Tools program. They also created a Raster-XChange program that converts any document into image formats. There is also a Tiff-XChange product that converts files into .tiff image files.
