The livenote.exe process is an executable utility installed along with hardware drivers for the Asus video card range and belongs to the software Asus Livenote. This executable application also installs an icon on the system tray that allows quick access to change various configuration settings and diagnostics of your Asus video cards to optimize its performance.

The process livenote.exe will see and check on the internet if software updates are available for your Asus Video Card drivers. If ever updates are available, the application is used to deal with the download and install of the updates.
