The application iecheck.exe displays buttons at right side of the program's window representing tools that can be used to edit your image. The Point tool lets you draw points and freehand lines, the Line tool allows you to draw lines and stretch it to the desired location, and the Spray tool permits you to draw soft-edged spots or wide soft-edged lines. Other tools of the iecheck.exe program include the Ellipse, Rectangle, Fill and Hand tools. The Color thermometer tool gives you the option to pick drawing color from the drawing itself to give your image the same shade of color.

Aside from drawing tools, the program iecheck.exe has a Camera tool that lets you make screen snapshots. This tool is available in two modes, namely Simple Snapshot allowing you to capture any 48x48, 32x32 or 16x16 screen areas, and the Snapshot with Crop which allows you to make snapshot of the entire screen and then crop desired area from it.
