The file hcdetect.exe is an active process which is related to the software MS HomeClick Network. Said program function as a simple home network setup in integrated in products of 3Com HomeConnect networking. The file hcdetect.exe allows the configuration of these products as well. The file hcdetect.exe functions as a background process for several functions such as detection, Internet connection Sharing or the ICS .The software allows the user to make use of the local network system to make all resources accessible.
Once the file hcdetect.exe becomes functional, network administration task can be performed easily using the HomeClick Network Center. Then Internet browser is them made accessible on the network.
