The file grpconv.exe is an active process, which functions as a Windows Operating System tool. It aids the upgrade of Windows from its 3.1 version to Windows95 or 98. /S The file grpconv.exe reestablishes the default Windows 95/98/Me once it has been run using the /S switch. A dialogue box will popup shortly once the re-establishment takes place. When such process is completed, the user shall be brought back to the desktop.

/M With the use of the /M switch, the file grpconv.exe manually converts the files extracted from the Windows Groups to the desired folders in Windows 95/98/Me. The conversion is done individually as the file grpconv.exe cannot execute multiple conversions.

-o This switch allows the file grpconv.exe to convert certain optional components only.

-t This switch tends to update changed files using the active process grpconv.exe.
