The flashenc.exe process is not an integral part of the Windows system. However, it is normal to find the flashenc.exe application running in the startup with the use of the system registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run. When running in the background, the flashenc.exe process is able to record data inputs without showing any visible program.
