The dllcmd32.exe process file is the main executable process of the eFax faxing software that is installed alongside the Hewlett Packard Printer Drivers for the HP laser jet 3100/3150 Printer. Although the process dllcmd32.exe is utilized by Hewlett Packard, it is actually developed by j2 Global Communications, Inc., the maker of the software eFax. The dllcmd32.exe file is found to be installed in a subfolder of the folder C:/Program Files.
