When you wish to paste previous items, you just place the cursor where it needs to be pasted and press the buttons Ctrl-Alt-V. After this, a pop-up will appear and a menu will show with your clips on it. Select the item with your mouse and then the menu will close and the item that you chose is pasted already.
The clipomatic.exe is a safe process but is it is not classified as a Windows system file.
